This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to printed books ordered from Arabic Language 101 through this website. Digital (soft copy) downloads are delivered instantly and are not shipped.

1. Where We Ship

We ship printed books within Pakistan and to most countries worldwide. You choose your country on the order form. If we are unable to deliver to your country or address, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.

2. Delivery Details You Provide

Please enter a complete and correct delivery address, a working phone or WhatsApp number, and a valid email address. The courier uses your phone number to arrange delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number. If an order is returned to us for these reasons, the cost of sending it again may be charged to you.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after your payment is confirmed.

• Payment by PayPal is confirmed immediately.
• Payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa is confirmed after we check your Transaction ID, usually within a few hours on working days and within 24 hours at the latest.

We normally dispatch within 2 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Pakistan: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
• International: usually 10 to 21 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays and other events outside our control can make delivery take longer.

5. Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is shown on the payment page before you pay and is included in your order total. It depends on your country. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees for buyers in Pakistan and in US Dollars for international buyers.

6. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number (where the courier provides one). You can also open your order page from the link in your order email.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge. They are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot predict their amount.

If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct the return shipping cost from any refund.

8. Delivery Problems

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will trace the parcel with the courier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund your payment.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please follow section 9 of our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the book and the packaging.

9. Order Changes and Cancellation

You can ask us to change the delivery address or cancel an order before it has been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot change the address, and cancellation is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
