Thank you for enrolling in our 6 Months Online Arabic Course. We aim to provide high-quality online Arabic language education through live classes via Zoom.
Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Course Fee
The total course fee is $80 USD for the complete 6-month course.
By completing your payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the course details, schedule, duration, and fee before enrollment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Students may request a refund within the first two weeks of the course, covering a maximum of four (4) classes.
If a student is not satisfied with the course during this initial period, they may submit a refund request before attending the fifth (5th) class.
After the student has attended the fifth class, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
3. After the Refund Period
Once the student has completed or attended more than four (4) classes, no refund will normally be provided.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Internet or technical problems on the student’s side
- Change of mind after the refund period
- Missing classes
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend Zoom classes
- Failure to complete the course
- Lack of participation or practice
4. Class Schedule Changes
If we need to change the class schedule due to circumstances on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative schedule.
If we are unable to provide the course as promised, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.
5. Technical Issues
Students are responsible for having:
- A stable internet connection
- A compatible device
- Access to Zoom
- A valid email address and/or contact number
Technical problems originating from the student’s device, internet connection, or software generally do not qualify for a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with:
- Student’s full name
- Email address used for enrollment
- Payment/order details
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests should be sent through our official contact channels.
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
7. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued through the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Any transaction, currency-conversion, or payment-processing charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
8. Non-Transferable Enrollment
Course enrollment is intended for the registered student and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
